This vintage sideboard is just as versatile as the name Variett promises. 
The brand is known for producing well designed foldable sidetables in various colors and designs. This one with chrome is rather hard to find. Made by Bremshey & Co this design was first presented in Olympia in the spring of 1966 at a design contest, which it was one of the winners of as well. 
The top can be adjusted in height freely. The top can also be tilted depending on how it wants to be used. Perfect for painting or reading. Or tipped to the side for easy storage. 
The table also comes with a second adjustable "leg" adding extra support if loaded heavily which can be hidden if not needed.
Would be perfect for a projector, addition as a couch sidetable etc. as can be seen in the old advertisements. 
 
Condition: The chrome has been cleaned an polished but some stains remain on the underside of the chrome part. Not visible though. The top has some scratches and wear as can be seen in the pictures and the plastic knobs have some discoloration in line with age. 
 
Just like all vintage pieces small signs of use are possible.
