SHIPPING
INFORMATION
We package everything as diligently as possible, and send out orders once a week. After shipping you will receive tracking information per Mail. In the unlikely case something does break during shipping, please take pictures and send them to us immediately, so we can refund your payment.
We can not refund stolen or lost packages but on special request we CAN ship a package with extra insurance for more safety.
RETURN
POLICY
All pieces that are bought in the showroom are excluded from exchanges or returns. All pieces that are bought through the webshop can be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks upon receiving the order.
If you want to return an order please reach out to us as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we can not offer free returns. The order needs to be returned in the same diligent packaging as received so nothing breaks in the process of return shipping.
Before returning please consider gifting or selling the item to someone in your close circle. Not just to make a small business owner happy but also to safe CO2 emissions on return shipping and packaging.
